Dosing Devices
A dosing device is a compact, function-specific unit for the precise application of liquid to highly viscous media to the component. It ensures reproducible, accurate dosing and is used wherever technical components need to be precisely wetted, coated, or exposed to media with high precision – for example, in assembly processes, integrated testing applications, or finishing. The focus here is on intuitive operation and minimal integration effort – ideal for everyday industrial use.
A dispensing device typically consists of three core components: a media supply, a dispensing or application unit, and a control system. Application occurs either contact-based, for example, via an application valve with a specific application head, or contactless using spray or jet technology. The focus is always on operator-independent, repeatable application for maximum process reliability.
Our metering devices are primarily used for industrial lubrication applications. They enable the even, precisely placed distribution of lubricants such as oils and greases and contribute significantly to the functional reliability and service life of tribologically stressed components. They achieve reliable results even with complex geometries – for example, in the lubrication of O-rings, radial shaft seals, plain and needle bearings, splined shafts, or wheel hubs. The result: stable processes and consistent product quality.
